Overview
KOF '97 Plus keeps the classic three-fighter team battles. Alongside the regular roster, you can play as the final boss Orochi, Orochi Iori, Orochi Leona, and the awakened versions of Yashiro, Shermie, and Chris. Pick your three fighters, set their order, and start the match.
Pick three fighters and set their order. When one falls, the next takes over; defeat all three opponents to win the match. Team composition and meter use matter alongside each fighter’s individual moves.
ADVANCED offers running, forward and backward rolls, and multiple POW stocks. EXTRA uses a forward hop, stationary evasion, and manual charging. Choose a mode before building your defensive habits.
